Our Winter Group Show brings together new and recent works by a selection of gallery artists, offering a chance to spend time with the wider programme in the gallery.
The exhibition is not centred on a single theme, but instead allows conversations to emerge naturally between the works, through material, colour, surface, gesture and form. It is an opportunity to look across different practices and to see how each artist continues to develop within their own language.
Presented alongside our Sydney Contemporary presentation, the Winter Group Show offers a quieter, more intimate counterpoint in the gallery, with works by artists we continue to work closely with throughout the year.

Rick Carlino
Sydney-based artist Rick Carlino has spent the past decade developing a distinctive practice centred on epoxy resin, exploring the fluidity, viscosity and unpredictability of a notoriously demanding medium. Working at scale, Carlino creates luminous abstract compositions that balance disciplined structure with the natural behaviour of resin, producing works defined by depth, colour and controlled movement.
Cape Town–based artist Lyndi Sales (b.1973) explores perception, consciousness and systems of connectivity through a multidisciplinary practice spanning sculpture, installation, photography and works on paper. Her work investigates the relationship between internal states of awareness and external structures of knowledge, often drawing on scientific, philosophical and spiritual frameworks.
