This piece was partly inspired by the century old miraculous freak phenomenon of eyeless sight, but also partly by voyeurism. It is often said that if one human faculty is impaired, the body compensates by sharpening the rest of the senses. The machinations of the mind all add up to a mystery for most of us, but for some people, being a mastermind is simply child’s play. I added mushrooms due to their psychedelic ability to alter minds or memories. I also chose a limited colour palette for this piece.
